7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs.
Flowly AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, arising from the use of our Services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, your access to Services and data may be removed.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
